Preferred Client Flexible Guarantee:

For our preferred clients, we will extend an flexible guarantee on all placements. This guarantee allows the client to determine what they expect from Stearns & Harris when a placed candidate leaves the employ of the client. We trust that our preferred clients will be fair in their decisions regarding guarantee length, and that they will acknowledge that the longer a candidate is in their employ, the less responsibility and control Stearns & Harris has regarding their tenure with the client. We expect that the client will offer a fair solution for both themselves and Stearns & Harris.

Match Reviews:

In order to ensure the retention and good performance of the placed candidate, we will conduct two match reviews within a 90 day period of the candidate's start date. The review will provide feedback, suggestions, and goals for both the placed candidate and the client company.
